The Champ is Here! Duke University inks three-year agreement with BCS Stats

DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke University has entered into a three-year agreement with BCS Stats Systems to use its' StatMonitr system at all Duke athletics home events this year. Duke will utilize BCS Stats' wireless StatMonitr screens and its web service for media members at its events, including all home games at the renowned Cameroon Indoor Stadium, home of the defending national champion Blue Devil Men's Basketball team.

Duke's basketball programs, both men's and women's, are synonymous with excellence, evidenced by both team's accomplishments last year," said company president Nate Policar. Duke University is located in Durham, North Carolina and represents BCS Stats' first partner from the Atlantic Coast Conference. Founded in 1924, Duke University is a private institution with an enrollment of 13,000 undergraduates. The Blue Devils field teams in 26 NCAA Division-I varsity sports and won two national championships in 2010, in men's basketball and men's lacrosse. Duke's women's basketball team has reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament in 12 consecutive years, including three Final Four berths in that time.
