CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- BCS Stats Systems has reached an agreement with ESPN Regional Television, the owner and operator of the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Tournament, to provide its StatMonitr media stats services at the 2010 tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 18-21, 2010.

The tournament features 12 games in three days, nine of which will be televised live nationally on the ESPNU and ESPN2 networks, and uses a bracket-tournament format, with the two winners from each side of the bracket facing each other in a championship game on Sunday, Nov. 21.

This year's field is headlined by West Virginia and North Carolina. Also in the bracket will be Davidson, Hofstra, Minnesota, Nebraska, Vanderbilt and Western Kentucky. Four of the eight participants reached the 2010 postseason, including West Virginia’s run to the 2010 Final Four.
